Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Fragrance Nexus. If you need to return an eligible item, please contact us before sending anything back.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products that are:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original packaging
• In resalable condition

Because fragrance products are personal-use items, products that have been opened, sprayed, used, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may require photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damaged area before approving a refund, replacement, or other resolution.

Please retain the product and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of an error by Fragrance Nexus, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item. Fragrance Nexus is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

Items returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.

Please contact us through our Contact Us page before returning any merchandise. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays or may be refused.
