Authenticity
Fragrance Nexus sells authentic fragrance products sourced through established distributors and suppliers.
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, imitation, or inspired-by fragrances as authentic designer products.
Pricing and Availability

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, inaccurate product information, or inventory discrepancies.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Fragrance Nexus reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, payment problems, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Orders and Payment

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Fragrance Nexus is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, transportation regulations, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Fragrance Nexus is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to the conditions described in our Returns policy.
Fragrance products that have been opened, sprayed, used, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.
Customers should review the Returns policy before making a purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Fragrance Nexus as soon as possible after delivery.
We may require photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, or damage before determining whether a refund, replacement, or other resolution is appropriate.
Customers should retain the item and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
