Shipping & Delivery

Fragrance Nexus ships orders within the United States using reliable ground shipping services.

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders placed late Friday, over the weekend, or on a holiday may begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time after shipment is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of fragrances in the order:

1 fragrance: $7.95
2 fragrances: $8.95
3 fragrances: $10.95

For larger orders, the applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout.

Hazardous Materials Shipping

Some fragrance products contain alcohol and may be classified as hazardous materials for transportation purposes. As a result, certain orders may be limited to approved ground shipping services and may not be eligible for expedited or air shipping.

Shipping options may also be restricted for certain destinations. These requirements are based on carrier and transportation regulations and may affect available shipping methods or delivery times.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships, when available.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Fragrance Nexus is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Fragrance Nexus is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first and then contact us if additional assistance is needed.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, hazardous material transportation requirements, or other circumstances outside our control.
